• PAID work placements from 10 weeks during term time
• £100 per week, 15 hours per week
• Placements in Professional Services across the West Midlands including placements in IT, Business, Engineering & Science, Marketing and Leisure & Tourism and more.

This is a project focusing on ‘fair access’ so we are looking for 1^st year undergraduate students who are eligible for a means tested bursary e.g. Access to Learning Fund, Maintenance Grants etc. This will include those who are eligible but are not necessarily claiming the financial support.

In addition you must fit one or more of these additional criteria:

• First in the family to enter Higher Education
• First in the family to enter the professions
• English is not as a first language at home
• Have a registered disability
• Have studied at a state school
• Have a West Midlands postcode

We are seeking applications from 1^st year undergraduates who are currently studying at:

• Aston University
• Birmingham City University (BCU)
• Keele University
• Staffordshire University
• University College if Birmingham (UCB)
• Wolverhampton University
