This is a great opportunity for candidates who aspire to work within recruitment. We are looking for graduates with strong communication and negotiation skills. This role is a 3 month placement with the potential of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.
You will be involved in:
Customer Service - Providing active job assistance to candidates by job matching and marketing, responding to matching enquiries providing high standard of service to employers with quality matching, identifying suitable opportunities for candidates.
Business Development - Network with local businesses and community groups and identify opportunities, identify local job vacancies available from employers, promote / market services and programs to employers, cross marketing of services provided.
