Do you have experience in Sales? Are you a Marketing or Business graduate? Indigo Retail has created a exciting new role for a Telesales Executive.

As a Telesales executive you will be assisting with a variety of campaigns involving creating and managing direct mail and telemarketing campaigns across the company. As well as this you will be:

• Managing the campaign calendar
• Designing letters and flyers
• Fulfillment of mailing campaigns
• Three days a week you be required to be telemarketing to generate leads, appointments and sales over the phone.
• You will be telemarketing existing customers and targets promoting products and services.
• You will be managing the telemarketing campaigns and reporting on their success
• Keep the prospect centre database up to date
• Produce accurate paperwork
• Data capturing and processing all orders as they come into the business
• And undertake any other duties as required.
  

Full working knowledge of Microsoft office operating systems
Sales Experience is preferable-you will need to demonstrate selling skills during the interview process.
Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate with customers and team members is a must.
Effective oral and written skills and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
