They are seeking an office based Trainee Recruiter to provide support in the delivery of recruitment assignments.
Priniciple duties would include:
Sourcing high quality candidates through Internet advertising, database-searching, networking and head hunting
Telephone screening and interview co-ordination
Information gathering and database management
Marketing and business development
Working as part of a small team on all aspects of the recruitment process.
