Fullrange are based in Birmingham City Centre and are looking for an ambitious Graduate with some Marketing background.

This is great opportunity to work within a varied role as a Duplication Manager. Fullrange is a film and production company and they looking to recruit a bright and hardworking graduate to be responsible for the Management of the company's media duplication commitments.

The role requires a variety of duties from getting orders processed through machines, managing stock, putting together quotes and strategic thought and planning for the future.

Your Duties will include:
Sales:

• Maintaining good relationships with existing customers, checking in with each customer at least once every three months
• Seeking out new business opportunities by exploring new sales opportunities through supported marketing and sales activities
• Negotiating with suppliers to ensure they offer competitive prices
• Working with management to carry out marketing activities for duplication as and when required
• Ensure customer data on the company's CRM system relates to duplication is up to date and cleansed
• Generate new lists of potential clients for sales and marketing activities required
• devise and implement sales-raising campaigns (including incentive schemes, discounts and promotions) as and when required

Delivery:

• Producing quotes for clients/internal projects by email
• Taking all orders
• Liaising with external suppliers of printed parts and outside replication
• Ensure client approval is given on all work before production
• Stock management, control and ordering
• Timely fulfillment of orders using internal workflows and machines
• Quality control of all internal and external orders
• Artwork management

Financial:

• Raising invoices for duplication services and uploading them to factoring
• Carrying out credit control for duplication invoices
• Manage all costs relating to duplication
• Meeting with the MD once a month to discuss sales performance and ensure gross profit is maintained.

General:

• Greeting Visitors
• Answering calls
• Arranging couriers and liaising with courier company to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Strategic:

• Working with the MD to form a strategy for exceeding sales targets for duplication
• Developing new business streams in the short to medium term to replace CD/DVD duplication.

The company is offering a salary of £21,000 + commission and a 3 year framework for growth.
