BeVivid are looking for a student or graduate for an 8 week summer placement as an Administrative Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to gain an insight into a local marketing agency. The company will consider applications from any degree discipline provided you have an interest in the internet. For the right candidate there could be long term opportunities with the company.
The aim of this placement is to support the Office / Project Manager on a day to day basis. Assist with the completion of all administrative tasks, ensuring all departments maximise productivity. To answer the switchboard and distribute calls to other members of staff. To support the web department with basic internet tasks. A key role will be to update the company database.

By using the Internet to integrate with the every day running of your business, we capture data and then utilise this data to gain positive results and add to your bottom line.
Principle duties and responsibilities
1. Support Office / Project Manager with all administrative tasks relating to the company; including appointment scheduling and contact management.
2. Be the initial point of telephone contact for the company. Dealing with enquiries or directing them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
3. Assist with bookkeeping duties for the company including filing purchase / sales invoices.
4. Ensure all office supplies and provisions are ordered or purchased and available when needed; these include stationary, groceries and postage.
5. Support Project Manager and the Web Department with internet related tasks such as email set-up, domain name registration, statistical analysis and content upload (training provided).
6. Support Web Department with basic technical enquiries.
7. Support Project Manager with invoicing, statements and daily post
8. Support Project Manager with project management including administrating the job bag system, Timelines, Sitemaps and acquiring content from clients.
9. Manage the incoming enquiries for Promo Lip Balm and liaise with our Canadian office to send out sample / orders
10. Work flexibly and undertake other appropriate tasks as may occasionally be required.
11. Follow and work with company SOPs without exception.

The company is located in Condover, Shrewbury. The company is based in quite a rural location with limited public transport links.
