An exciting opportunity has arisen at Fresh Finance for a graduate to join the team in the role of Mortgage Administrator. Initially a 6 month placement, there are long term promotion opportunities for the right candidate. No previous experience is necessary as full support and training will be available. The company will consider applications from graduates with any degree discipline.

- Remortgages

- New Mortgages

- Raising Capital

- Debt Consolidation

Principle duties and responsibilities

Responsible for the administration of up to 6 advisors

Dealing with incoming calls

Processing incoming and outgoing post

Submitting applications to lenders and insurers

Chasing lenders for mortgage offers

Liaising with clients, lenders and solicitors

Putting life and property insurances on-risk

Checking files for compliance

Updating sales figures

Good organisational skills

Ability to prioritise tasks

Good time management skills

Good general IT skills

Good telephone communication skills

Excellent written English

High level of attention to detail

A driving license and vehicle would be an advantage

A degree in Maths or Finance

The company is located in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent. There are good public transport links.
