Bit10 is a cutting edge developer of website, iPhone and MS Visual Studio applications. Having won numerous awards over the last 10 years Bit10 is firmly established as a company that builds good solutions.
Innovation is key to everything they do and they are now looking to recruit a telemarketer to join their energetic sales team selling both their and their partners solutions to SME's. The team will work with you to provide product knowledge and develop your communication skills.
Solutions to be sold vary from the production of a website to helping companies promote their brand on the internet (SEO etc). In addition, through their partners they provide a breadth of services only normally sold by much larger orgaisations. You will recieve the required training to ensure you are confident in selling these.
If you enjoy your technology and spend a fair amount of time on the web and have the ability to sell then this is the ideal opportunity for you.
Your main duties will be to book call backs, webinars and meetings for the sales account managers. Key to the role is confidence when talking to people on the telephone and the ability to take instruction and drive forward the opportunities.
Most of your day will be talking to potential and existing customers so you need to be confident in your abilities to sell on the telephone and via other aspects of communication. However, Bit10 pride themselves on being an honest company and don't sell what they can't deliver. You will therefore need to have the ability to communicate clearly and ask if unsure.
The initial 3 month period is to see if you like working for Bit10 and they like you, but more importantly it is your opportunity to impress them with your skills.
