Are you a graduate looking to gain experience in a real business environment? Have you got the key transferable skills that would make you an attractive prospect for a company?

Our internships last up to 12 months depending on the needs of the company. Embark on a business internship with a local company through Graduate Advantage and you could be

• Helping a company gain an industry recognised quality standard such as ISO9001 and Investors in People
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for new business start-ups
• Undertaking research into new markets and helping the company plan their attack
• Organising high-profile events and networking on behalf of the company
• Developing training and development materials for use company-wide.

We are working with companies who are looking for graduates with a passion for Business, who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, have the ability to work as part of a team and independently, have high levels of initiative and enthusiasm and good IT skills.

Internships in Business will be available in locations right across the West Midlands. They can last up to 12 months, and you will be able to negotiate actual start dates and duration of placements to some degree, directly with the company. The work you undertake will be graduate level, the results of which will contribute to the company's particular business needs.

To be eligible for a Graduate Advantage placement:

• You must have completed a university qualification that is HNC level or above
• You must have a West Midlands address listed for either your home address or correspondence address
• You must complete the online form so we know you're interested in a placement. We may also ask you to supply a current CV.

We will try our hardest to find you something suitable whether it is a summer internship or your first graduate job, but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee every student and graduate a placement.
