You will be responsible for your own desk and market which you work. You will be expected to add to our existing database of both clients and candidates, thereby building new relationships for the company, as well as developing our existing relationships. You will also be responsible for your own marketing strategies and for both phone-based and face to face sales. You therefore need to be able to work autonomously towards building your business and making placements.
