Due to the company’s rapid and successful growth, we have entry level Management Trainee Placements across the West Midlands now. You’ll learn to run a business and will be promoted based on performance, not your tenure with the company.
There are no specific degree disciplines required but we are looking for enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and demonstrable interest in management.
Roles & Duties
As a Management Trainee you are empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line. You’ll gain responsibility for developing new businesses and maintaining current relationships. You will be responsible for understanding cost control, rewarding your branch P&L statement and understanding what it takes to run a profitable business.
You will also learn how to deliver superior industry-leading customer service where we will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, vendors and co-workers. You’ll learn proper sales techniques to problem solving and conflict management.
These skills will provide you with the opportunity to market to local business partners and build solid, long-lasting relationships with the key business decision makers. In your development to become a successful manager at Enterprise, you’ll learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote a staff of your own.
Essential Skills
- Strong work ethic and demonstrable enthusiasm and drive
- Proven customer service ability and interest
- Strong communication skills in all areas - written and verbal (your written application will need to be excellent throughout to be considered)
Desirable Skills
- Any previous sales experience
