Documotive supply a range of Document and Process Manaagement solutions to the UK Social Housing Sector. It has seen unprecdented growth since 2007 and now employs 20 staff. The company is very focused and knowledgeable in it's chosen field. Due to the volume of projects and the projected increase in demand from it's existing and potential clients, they are seeking a full-time Project Manager to coordinate and deliver projects.

This customer focused role will see you responsible for planning, coorinating and delivering a range of succesful customer projects. Initially a 12-months placement, there are long term career opportunities for the right candidate.

Documotive will offer full training and support to provide you with all of the industry and product knowledge you need to successfuly take ownership of a range of customer document and process management solutions. These solutions are new and innovative to each client;
your organisational skills will ensure that they implemented smoothly, on budget and on time, and that each client is coached through the changes this may mean for their working patterns.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate project risks, milestones, depedencies and ensure tasks are completed on time  and within scope.

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, solid interpersonal and relationship building skills and excellent organisational skills.

Although not essential, Project Management experience would be highly beneficial
